Higher education should be available to all, regardless of race, religion or income. In 1967 Central Florida, this was a radical idea. Over the 60 years since, it’s become the foundational statement of one of the nation’s largest community colleges.
At Valencia,
- Open access has benefited more than 210,000 alumni.
- We now serve more than 78,000 students each year across ten locations in Orange and Osceola counties.
- We are now a state college, offering 170+ career, associate and bachelor’s degree programs.
- All this, while still maintaining the lowest tuition in Central Florida, with an associate degree costing around $6,000.
We have no intention of slowing down.
